Product Design:

We can work with you from your initial concepts, preliminary sketches and design objectives to help define your new product in the terms of making it "manufacturing friendly". We can take your designs and functionally test them in our 3D CAD systems, to determine the most economical way of producing the finished product. The 3D CAD data can be easily converted into physical plastic models for initial functionality testing, or safety evaluations. This approach can reduce your time to market, and discover cost cutting opportunities without the expensive trial and error methods previously used. We can even generate beautiful photo-quality renderings of your product for pre-sales presentations.

Manufacturing:

We can handle the complete manufacturing process, domestically or overseas, including the packaging. Our longtime proven and reliable sources can eliminate the worry associated with domestic or overseas manufacturing, and leave you and your resources available to handle the crucial marketing and sales of your products. We can also assist you in product safety testing and meeting the new strict compliance guidelines (CPSIA and EN-71), for both the US and European standards. We can also provide the import or export services for your products, and turn a normally tedious and paper laden operation into a turn-key situation we can handle for you in the background.

Expert Witness Services:

Our 44 years of experience in the Toy and Toy Manufacturing industry (both domestic and overseas) allows us to evaluate and help determine the forensics of child safety mishaps. We are associated with National Forensic Consultants, Inc., Norristown, PA, and work together with a team of experts to provide Expert Witness testimony in areas of Product Design, Manufacturing, Packaging, Instructions, etc. RB Toy Design, Inc. is a component of this national expert group, available to Law Firms, Insurance Companies and General Companies in need of these services.
